This Thanksgiving, Chef Michael Anthony brings his celebrated farm-driven philosophy to Lex Yard at the Waldorf Astoria New York, crafting a menu that reflects his decades-long  commitment to regional sourcing and the belief that American cuisine is best expressed through the country’s farms.

Drawing on trusted purveyors and regional Farms such as Union Square Greenmarket and Norwich Meadows Farm, the menu captures the essence of the Northeast’s late-fall harvest with dishes like butternut squash soup with cider-pickled apples and Brussels sprouts leaves, pan-roasted halibut glazed with orange reduction and winter vegetables, and sustainably raised Green Circle Turkey served with gravy, cranberry relish and a sage, mushroom,  and Swiss chard stuffing.
